Progress on scaling up integrated services for sexual and reproductive health and HIV

Few countries have significantly scaled up integrated services, despite the growing evidence that linking sexual and reproductive health and HIV is feasible and beneficial. This paper looks at some common constraints to scaling up, and the opportunities represented by recent international commitments and increased financing for health systems strengthening.
