A Wilton Park conference held on 22-24 February 2011 addressed the critical challenge of maintaining and expanding antiretroviral therapy for millions of people in developing countries:

• How can more international and (especially) domestic resources be mobilised?
• What are the best ways to secure better value for money by improving the efficiency and quality of services, for the people who most need them?

The conference was organised by Wilton Park in partnership with the Global Health Group, University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and Gilead Sciences.
