From projects to programmes: contracting for HIV/AIDS in India
Gordon Mortimore, November 2006
Funding agencies can channel large sums of money through a variety of contractual arrangements. This Technical Brief describes how the PMO operated, how it complemented the national response to HIV/AIDS, and some of its key achievements. |
