HLSP conducted the end of project evaluation of the Childhood Development Project (2001-2005), established under a tripartite partnership between the Government of Yemen, UNICEF and the World Bank. The project aimed to improve the basic social services to children and women in 30 districts in nine governorates which were selected on the basis of social deprivation. As well as assessing the multi-sectoral activities of the project (health, nutrition, education, water and community readiness), HLSP reviewed the forms of agreements between UNICEF and the World Bank.
