Assessment of Sector Coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation Arrangements in the Health Sector of Timor-Leste

As part of the Joint Design of Support to the Timor-Leste Health Sector by the Ministry of Health, AusAID, European Commission and the World Bank, HLSP consultants were tasked with assessing sector coordination and M&E arrangements. The consultants were also responsible for developing proposals for the next programme of support.  

Options were developed and discussed with all stakeholders, and a new Results Monitoring Framework was drafted to enable greater alignment and harmonisation of support by health development partners.
