The purpose of this World Bank-funded project was to strengthen the financial management capacity of both purchasers and providers in the Sughd and Khatlon Oblasts. Implemented by HLSP in partnership with Curatio International Foundation, the project included the development and delivery of financial management training modules and training of trainers. It also provided an institutional assessment and appraisal of the current status of health reform.
