For two consecutive years, HLSP conducted independent annual reviews of DFID support to the Joint Health Sector Budget in Rwanda. HLSP's remit was to review the achievements and highlight any outstanding challenges in achieving the purpose and outputs set out in the project logframe. It also provided recommendations for addressing any identified challenges.
