The Health Partners of Mozambique were keen to assess the strength of their existing partner engagement with the Ministry of Health in crucial areas such as public finance management, monitoring and evaluation, planning and investments, procurement and availability of pharmaceuticals, and health services delivery and programmes.
With a view to strengthening engagement structures such as the Health Partners Group (HPG), the six Aid Effectiveness Working Groups were reviewed by using email questionnaires, personal interviews and review of available documents. Specific recommendations were presented and discussed with the HPG.
