HLSP managed the Technical Assistance Management Agency (TAMA) which was designed to facilitate progress of the Pakistan Devolved Social Services Programme (PDSSP). PDSSP aimed to strengthen the Punjab’s social services for more equitable, efficient, effective and sustainable delivery to achieve progress on the Millennium Development Goals related to poverty, gender, education, health, and water supply and sanitation. Based in Lahore, TAMA provided technical assistance for provincial and district government departments seeking to develop and implement reforms and build capacity.
