HLSP was selected to conduct an independent evaluation of the Partnership for Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (PMNCH), as well as a separate evaluation of the Partnership's director. The main evaluation comprised interviews with representatives of all key stakeholders, four country visits (Burkina Faso, Pakistan, Cambodia, Ethiopia) and a literature review. The evaluation of the director used established 360 performance evaluation methodologies and a web-based anonymous survey.
