HLSP supported the development, implementation and monitoring of health sector reforms through human and institutional capacity building within the Ministry of Health in Kosovo. HLSP worked with the Ministry of Health leadership to develop a participatory approach to project design. Management training inputs focused on practical on the job learning. HLSP also supported the Kosovo hospital sector by responding to the needs and priorities of a ministry in a complex political environment.
