Botswana: Development of the Integrated Health Service Plan

HLSP was tasked with developing a long-term integrated health service plan to meet the country’s health needs over the next ten years. The plan will assist in developing local (within the Ministry of Health) capacity and that of major health care delivery institutions. It will also help strengthen management processes. An HLSP consultant was in-country for the duration of the project working within the Ministry of Health’s Division of Policy and Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation.
