Capacity development

Our expertise includes:

• strengthening leadership and management capability for change management in health systems and in HIV and AIDS
• supporting state and non state actors such as civil society in the strengthening of governance and management capacity to improve systems and services in health and HIV
• helping stakeholders develop an appropriate mix of locally owned and sustainable interventions
• supporting communication strategies to promote donor harmonisation and alignment with national structures and plans
