HLSP marks the close of the Strengthening the AIDS Response in Zambia Programme with a new film

"A Shared Future" is an overview of the key achievements of the Strengthening the AIDS Response in Zambia (STARZ) programme which ran from 2004 to 2009.

Told through the stories of people who have helped to make STARZ a success, the ten minute film demonstrates how the programme addressed HIV in all sectors of society. From youth sports activities for HIV outreach to HIV testing on a dairy farm, and on site counselling at a cement factory: the STARZ approach was a truly multisectoral one.

The STARZ programme was funded by the UK Department for International Development (DFID), with technical assistance from HLSP in partnership with JHU-CCP, HDA and PMTC(Z).
