HLSP to assess the evaluability of Norway’s support to the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs)

The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) has chosen HLSP to carry out a study to assess the evaluability of its support to MDG 4 on reducing child mortality and MDG5 on improving maternal health, with specific focus on Norway’s Partnership Initiatives in India, Tanzania, Nigeria, Pakistan and Malawi.
