What we do

HLSP has been implementing projects to strengthen health systems throughout the developing and developed world for over 20 years.

We provide programme management and short-term consultancy services for international agencies, governments and other health sector partners.

This experience is shared through the HLSP Institute.

Consultancy
We work with international agencies, governments and other global health partners on short-term technical assignments.

We also manage the DFID Human Development Resource Centre and the AusAID Health Resource Facility which provide short-term technical advisory services in health and HIV.

Programme management
We manage long-term projects and programmes for international partners. This includes providing technical assistance, managing grant systems, and running tendering and selection processes on behalf of clients.

Knowledge sharing through the HLSP Institute
We share lessons from our work and contribute to global health debates through the HLSP Institute, a dedicated team of experts established to support our technical excellence. Knowledge is disseminated through a range of publications and other learning resources.
